1. Our commitment

We build this site and our documents so that people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, captions or high-contrast settings can use them. We aim to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA on the pages we control, and we treat any gap as a bug to be fixed rather than a limitation you have to work around.

2. What we do today

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields so assistive technology can navigate the page.
  • Keyboard access to every interactive element, with visible focus styles.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and no reliance on colour alone to convey information.
  • Light and dark themes that keep text contrast within accessible ranges.
  • Documents delivered as editable Word, spreadsheet, Markdown and print-ready formats, so you can adjust font size, spacing and reading order.

3. Accessible formats and communication supports

If you need any of our documents, invoices or policies in another accessible format — large print, plain text, a tagged PDF, or a format that works with your assistive technology — email support@suchasofty.com. We will consult with you about what works, provide it in a timely way, and charge no more than the regular price of the material.

4. Feedback process

If something on this site blocked you, we want to hear it — that is the fastest way it gets fixed. Send feedback by email to support@suchasofty.com or through our contact form. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if that is relevant.

We acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day and reply in the same format you used to contact us, or another format you ask for. We do not require a phone call.

5. Third-party content

Some parts of the experience run on third-party services, such as our payment checkout and the government pages we link to. We do not control their accessibility. If a third-party step blocks you, contact us and we will complete it with you another way.

6. Training and review

Anyone who works on this site or answers support is briefed on accessible customer service and this feedback process. We review this statement and the site's accessibility at least once a year, and after any significant redesign.
